Adam Fitzakerley won last year inaugural Sunshine Coast Marathon in 2:29.27, but on a much bumpier course. Crowther said: "We only got the hill once this time so we get rid of that at the start of the event when they fresh and then from there it four really fast, flat 10km laps," Crowther said. "Both of these guys are capable of running sub 2:20 on this course." Kemboi, 30, has enjoyed a solid preparation. "I am doing well and getting better day after day," he told the Daily from Kenya yesterday. "I don know of the weather there, but that is not much of a worry since everyone faces the same (conditions)." Kemboi has competed in several races in Europe, Asia and Australia. "It my 13th year since I started running," he said. "I found myself in the sport due to my friends who where close to me, and they where champions in running. "There are a lot of challenges . from training, visas and sometimes (airline) tickets. "I am planning to become a coach after my running. At the moment I have a small group of up and coming runners." The presence of Kemboi and Kipkoech at Alexandra Headland further bolsters the status of the burgeoning Sunshine Coast Marathon. This year edition is certified by the Association International Marathons and Distance Races and is a qualifying event for the famous Boston and New York marathons. In at a mall in Hyattsville, Md., one person was arrested for disorderly conduct. Police had to ask about 600 people to leave Crabtree Valley Mall in Raleigh after Nike postponed putting the shoes on sale. The shoes, part of a space themed collection, are a draw for so called "sneakerheads" who collect signature sports footgear and can resell it online at a marked up price, sometimes for hundreds more than retail. Malls in Florida, New York and Maryland reported bringing in police to manage fans clamoring for the purple and blue shoes, which have star like flecks of white. Some shoppers lucky enough to get their hands on a pair immediately posted them for sale on eBay at skyrocketing prices: $1,000 and up. Earlier this month, police were called to a mall outside Albany after pushing and shoving broke out during a promotional event for the shoe. You can also use a flower broach if you wanted to use a punch of color and attach it. And that looks really pretty as well. Alright now I'm going to move over here and show you the steps to create the sandal. I've already taken the rhinestone trim and glued it onto this side. So let me show you how to glue it onto that side. You're going to take your rhinestone trim, you're going to take your E 6000 glue, and you want to do one little section at a time. E 6000 glue comes out really fast. So the one thing I will say is have a little patience, your fingers are going to get messy. It's okay, it rolls right off. It won't stick on overnight. So you just want to press on the first section, make sure you press it on really well. Then fold the trim up, squeeze it slowly. There's a nozzle that you can put on but sometimes it tends to dry out so I'm going to go ahead and just do it without the nozzle. And you want to press that on. And this already gives your sandal a really vibrant look. It brings it to life instantly. Add bling to anything. Diamonds are a girls best friend right? And then we go ahead and do this last part. With the E 6000 glue before you attach the broach, I know sometimes we get excited and we want to see that finished look, let it dry overnight so that it doesn't move out of place. And the good thing about it, it does dry really well but it doesn't dry super fast. So it does give you some time to move the trim around to get it how you want it placed on the sandal. So you can see my fingers already, see you're just going to go like that, it comes right off. Okay so there you go with the rhinestone trim. And see how this is lifting a little bit, so you want to go ahead and press it down. Leave that over night. Come back the next morning. Take your broach and you want to attach it onto this side or that side of the shoe. Don't try to put it down the middle because this little bone will be too thick. And then attach that and you can twist it around and move it around a little bit. See this is lifting but if I had waited 24 hours it wouldn't be. And those are the steps, here is the final look with the two shoes together. That is how you decorate a woman's sandal for a wedding.
