Shares of RadioShack Corp. fell 11 cents, or 10 percent, to close at 92 cents. The New York Stock Exchange could delist the stock if it closes below $1 per share for 30 consecutive trading days. The stock is well below its all time high of $79.50, set in December 1999. The shares' sharp dive since then comes as RadioShack struggles to find its place in the evolving retail and technology landscape. If shares remain below $1 and are delisted, that doesn't automatically mean RadioShack faces immediate death. Its stock could still be traded in the over the counter market. But analysts say that a bankruptcy proceeding is likely for the company. "There's no chance that this stays outside of a restructuring," said David Tawil, co founder and portfolio manager of Maglan Capital, which follows distressed companies. He believes a formal liquidation is more likely. He added, "I don't think anybody will miss RadioShack if it goes out of business." RadioShack did not immediately respond to an email from The Associated Press. Long known as a destination for batteries and obscure electronic parts, RadioShack has sought to remake itself as a specialist in wireless devices and accessories. But growth in the wireless business is slowing, as more people have smartphones and see fewer reasons to upgrade. RadioShack's turnaround efforts have included cutting costs, renovating and closing stores, and shuffling management. The Fort Worth, Texas based company is attempting to update its image and remain competitive against online and discount retailers. It is working on adding new products, including private brand and exclusive items such as those from new partnerships. It hasn't helped stem the tide, and investors remain skittish. The stock is down 65 percent this year. Earlier this month the chain reported that its first quarter loss widened and revenue declined, hurt by softness in its mobile business and consumer electronics. RadioShack has limited options to stem its sales declines given a tightening cash situation, according to Fitch Ratings. In a recent report, Fitch said that it expects negative free cash flow of $200 million to $250 million in 2014. That, together with the $100 million to $150 million it plans to spend on seasonal inventory, would "substantially eat into the company's total liquidity of $424 million as of May 13," according to Fitch. "They're consuming a lot of cash in the core business, and that's not sustainable," said Philip Zahn, senior director at Fitch. "The clock is ticking.".

Women Nike Free Run 3 Liquid Lime Reflect Silver Volt,Interesting article (here) that highlights how much evangelical loathing of the Mormon faith will likely affect Mitt Romney. In the article, Stan Craig, a fundamentalist Baptist preacher, says this about Mormons devil wrote only one Bible, and Joseph Smith found it under a rock." (Well, at least they claiming a supernatural source for The Book of Mormon, rather than Solomon Spaulding or Sidney Rigdon) Anyway, Pastor Craig is no fan of in politics either, but his loathing of the devil Mormon scripture would lead him to vote for Michele Bachmann over Romney. He just can bring himself to cast a ballot for a Mormon. The article also shows how ignorance about the Mormon religion may also be keeping evangelicals from considering Romney. South Carolina Doug Wavle, who is a state executive committee member and was a 2000 presidential elector, said he would only vote for a Mormon as the lesser evil, because don't see Jesus Christ for who Jesus Christ really is. That's the big issue. They see him as a prophet, not the only begotten son of God. . one thinks about Mormonism, that not true. The Mormon faith regards Christ as the only begotten son of God. I know, I been to all the meetings. The combination of uber Christian conservative Rick Perry and evangelical hatred of the Mormon faith has created a bigger than anticipated South Carolina problem for Romney (Jon Huntsman is too inconsequential a candidate so far to compare with Romney) In the South, Religious Republicans favor Perry over Romney 40 percent to 20 percent, according to most polls. I wager the gap is even higher in South Carolina. Romney might have been able to hold off Michele Bachmann in southern primaries, but the entry of Perry has changed that. Unless Perry flames out,Romney islikely going to have to win the nomination without competing well in the deep South. It time for people to learn about the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Of course Mormons believe that Jesus Christ is the only begotten son of God. Mormons believe that salvation van only come through the atonement of Jesus Christ. Mormons belibe in the Father and the Son and the Holy Ghost, it is spelled out in the the Articles of Faith an outline for the belief of the LDS church. Mormons have been murdured and persecuted in the past and the same bigotry still exists today. It is un Christian to judge another. Before people discredit an entire religion, they should at least know something about it. There are 14 million Mormons and the church continues to grow at an amazing speed in the south!!!! I know all this because I am a Mormon and I love my Savior Jesus Christ and am one of his disciples! Maggie, NO evangelical believes that Jesus came to America. In fact they believe that Jesus left after 3 (Matt) or 40 (Acts 1) days depending on which Bible verse you are reading. There is no reference in the Bible to the stories found in 3rd Nephi 8 14ish. NOW I know what you are thinking. How does that matter? It was not till I started working in Non denominational and interdenominational churches in Tennessee that I really understood just how deeply this one topic truly offends many evangelical Christians. One of the things southern church ministers have to do is proclaim how true the Bible is. This keeps their Christian identity alive and credible. They all tend to believe that adding a story to the Bible is absolute heresy. I was LDS so let me draw you a parallel. The LDS adding a mesoamerican Jesus story is as FLDS leaders attempting to alter LDS teachings. You as a LDS member would never stand for it huh? Evangelicals see 3rd Nephi as blasphemy towards their personal Savior due to a clause they personally interpret from the Bible. I don need to defend a thing. You don gain a testimony in something by reading the defense to an issue. I could try to explain this to you, but somehow I doubt that would make a difference. You weren really asking in the first place. We may have additional stories that you don have, but whats to say they aren true. I read the whole Book of Mormon (and the Bible) and testify to you, by the power of the Holy Ghost, that it is true. My testimony is based upon the Holy Ghost and there is nothing that you can say or do that will take away this spiritual testimony that I have gained. Now if you desire to know for yourself, and not just from what you have heard, if it is true, then I invite you to follow Moroni promise in the Book of Moromon. Over 150 years ago, when the memories of things like the Haun Mill massacre were still fresh. Sorry. Can be helped. Not a Mormon, by the way, but I am a big critic of monumentally stupid arguments. After all, that is the cornerstone doctrine of the Reformation. In fact, we frequently say that persons who don hold to this doctrine aren really Christians Our problem is that Augustine, Luther, and other Western theologians have convinced us that there an irreconcilable conflict between salvation based on grace and salvation conditioned on works or obedience. They have used a fallacious form of argumentation known as the dilemma, by asserting that there are only two possibilities regarding salvation: it either (1) a gift from God or (2) it something we earn by our works. The early Christians [and Latter day Saints!] would have replied that a gift is no less a gift simply because it conditioned on obedience The early Christians believed that salvation is a gift from God but that God gives His gift to whomever He chooses. And He chooses to give it to those who love and obey him." David W. Bercot, Will The Real Heretics Please Stand Up: A New Look at Today Evangelical Church in the Light of Early Christianity, 3rd edition, (Tyler, Texas: Scroll Publishing Company, 1999[1989]), 57, 61 62. Mitt Romney agrees with the earliest Christians that grace is conditioned upon obedience to Jesus Christ's commandments. but, dude When Jesus shows up in the Americas and teaches the Nephites all bets are off. You are now talking about a Bible story that can not be justified by any Evangelical. Its really not about what you Mormons believe happened in the Bible, its more about what you believe happen after the Resurrection story. The trinity stuff is just what southerns argue over at family reunions. But now, change the bible and say Jesus showed up in America, thats a different story, and therein lies part of your problem. The trinity stuff is decisive too, but the idea that Mormons are not Christians comes from your additional accounts of Jesus adventures. Exactly how does a belief that Jesus Christ visited the American continent the Bible Doesn Jesus explain that he has other sheep to tend to? How does a belief that Jesus Christ taught the people his Gospel on this continent make the case that Mormons aren Christian. I hope that people will take a minute and listen to themselves before making such ridiculous accusations. Mormons believe that God the Father, Jesus the Son and the Holy Ghost are three separate and distinct beings. It is disgusting that the Evangelical pastors/preachers distort and twist the truth to suit their purposes more disgusting that people believe them without any research. Mitt Romney is a good man, he smart and has worked in the private sector but Southerners are afraid of Mormons and are willing to let the country suffer. Sad. Warren Jeffs tried to incorporate his own perverted appetites into the Mormon religion. He couldn do it in the main body of the LDS church, so he formed his own private church with his own private batch of For future reference, if someone tries to sell you that flavor of hooey, don buy it. For whatever reason, he had followers. There a sucker born every minute, I guess, or maybe his followers liked the idea of teenage harems, and their wive lacked the resolve to stand up to them. I figure if a religion teaches something that will get you put in prison, you should question that teaching. Otherwise, no harm, no foul (with the emphasis on NO HARM).

Women Nike Free Run 3 Liquid Lime Reflect Silver Volt When it's time to propose and you want to give your ladylove something beautiful yet unique, consider a vintage engagement ring. This way, you'll have an original piece with historical value. If it suits the personality and style of your beloved, look for a one of a kind engagement ring. Here's how to find a vintage piece. Be open to other precious stones. Many vintage pieces use other stones other than diamonds. Rubies, sapphires and even emeralds or amethyst can also be used in engagement rings. As long as it suits the taste of your fianc, why not? Of course, you can still find a wide selection of diamond rings if that is still the first choice. Therefore, before you go out and look for a vintage ring, make sure it is something your fianc will like. Some women prefer something new and original, while others appreciate the history and value of older pieces. Ask grandma. Before you got out to the retailers, check if your mom, grandma or other close relative has a family heirloom piece you can give as an engagement ring. Rings that have been passed down from generation to generation have an irreplaceable sentimental value. How wonderful to give a ring to the woman you want to marry that you know was worn by someone who was loved greatly and married a long time! Also, when you present the piece to your bride to be, she'll immediately have a piece of your family history. Check out an antique store. Antique stores not only sell antique furniture and decorative items, but also jewelry. Ask the proprietor about any rings they may have that can be given as an engagement ring. If you want a specific era or stone, an antique store may be able to help locate the perfect ring for you. The antique dealer may be able to research the history of the piece for you. If you go through an antique store, you'll likely end up with more valuable pieces than you would at pawnshops or other retailers. Go to an estate sale. Look through the papers to see any advertisements for estate sales in your area. Jewelry and other fine pieces are commonly sold at these events. You can find some truly amazing pieces at estate sales, oftentimes with the level of quality you can't find nowadays anymore. Go to an auction. Auction houses oftentimes include jewelry during a sale. Call a local auction house in your area and check the catalog. Visit a pawnshop. You'll be surprised at the quality of goods sold at pawnshops. You may ask for vintage pieces if you want to stay away from the traditional solitaire cut diamonds. Check around and you may get lucky and find exactly what you are looking for.
